In late spring or summer and extracted from the comb in a centrifugal spinner and stored in a tub
When needed the tub is warmed slowly in a special cabinet to around 32 degrees celcius the natural temprature of a summer hive to return the honey back to its liquid state.
It can then be poured through a coarse strainer to be potted.
This is commonly called raw and unfiltered honey
